Fellowship

Coffee and snack time after the service is a opportunity to get up to date with friends and other members of the parish

St. George’s has much to celebrate, and does celebrate often!

There is always some kind of event scheduled for fellowship and fun.

  • Oyster Roast breakfast
  • Shrove Tuesday pancake supper
  • Dining Out with friends
  • Spring Yard Sale
  • Christmas Bazaar
  • Birthday celebrations
  • Baptism receptions
  • Pot luck luncheons
  • Twelfth Night party

We even have work parties to groom the church grounds and keep our budget lean.
Lunch is always served for the workers after the morning’s work



 

 

The greening of the church is a time for all to participate in making the church beautiful for Christmas. Everyone is involved, from the oldest to the youngest. This year it was followed by a wonderful potluck lunch that was enjoyed by all. The fellowship of our parish life strengthens us in our daily lives and work.
