Ministry Opportunity–In April 2011 two F4 and three F3 category tornadoes swept through Dekalb County, Alabama.  33 people were killed, over 200 houses destroyed with countless others damaged.   In that same year the foothills Convocation of the Diocese of Upper South Carolina sent two teams to that area to help.  Our volunteer contact tells us that he has over 170 requests for help on his list alone.  This year the Foothills Convocation is organizing 7 trips to the area.  One trip a month, beginning in March.  The dates of our first trip are March 4^th through the 9^th.  The cost is one hundred dollars plus a share of carpool gas.  All ages are welcome.  If you are interested, please contact Al Hipp, Foothills Convocational Deacon, at thomashipp@att.net
